i have the great privilege of leading the IT (inside track) team for groups’s KidMin conference. we have assembled an amazing group of people passionate about children’s ministry to help in the following ways:
- a sounding board to float ideas for feedback
- ministry to friends/networks – they help us spread the word through networking, facebook, and twitter.
- the IT team is our “go to” people for the conference, they truly have the inside track 
- the chance to network with other great children’s ministry professionals
- and there are always fun perks when you work with group.
